Q: How do I change the information on my bill of sale?

A: It’s easy! The form we send you after you finish your wizard is completely editable. Just open it up in any PDF reader and make the changes you need.

Q: I can’t find my bill of sale in my e-mail inbox. Can you re-send it to me?

A: Sure! But first, follow these steps to make sure it isn’t hiding:

  1. Allow 15 minutes after completing your wizard for us to get your bill of sale to you.
  2. If you don’t see it, check your spam folder! You’ll need to give permission to billofsalewizard@billofsalewizard.com to allow us to deliver your form.
  3. If it’s still not there, contact us at support@billofsalewizard.com and we’ll redeliver your PDF—just make sure to provide the names of BOTH the buyer and the seller, so we can find it quickly!

Q: I’m looking at the PDF on my iPhone, and my form is completely blank. What’s wrong?

A: Unfortunately, it’s an iOS issue—the default PDF reader on both iPhones and iPads won’t show your completed form. Just open up your bill of sale on your laptop or desktop computer, and you should see your information.

Q: Is this a subscription service? Am I going to get charged a monthly fee?

A: Nope! You can use the Bill of Sale Wizard as needed for a one-time fee each time.
